Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lalitech Auto Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling a service, visiting our premises, using our website, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Offered

Lalitech Auto Service provides vehicle repair and maintenance services including, but not limited to:

Engine diagnostics

Brake service

Oil changes

Tire rotations and alignments

Electrical repairs

Transmission service

General automotive maintenance


2. Estimates and Approvals

All repair estimates are valid for 30 days.

We will not perform any service without the customer's approval.

Verbal or written approval (including by phone, text, or email) is considered binding.

Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues arise during repairs. These will also require customer approval.


3. Payments

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and [mention if any other method like mobile payment, checks, etc.].

Vehicles will not be released until all payments are made in full.

Any returned checks are subject to a service fee of $35.


4. Warranty Policy

We offer a [typically 12-month/12,000-mile] warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise specified.

Warranty coverage applies only to repairs performed by Lalitech Auto Service and does not cover misuse, negligence, or

damage caused by accidents or subsequent work by other parties.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of service (invoice or receipt).


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and its history.

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove valuables from the vehicle before service.

Lalitech Auto Service is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.


6. Storage Fees

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 48 hours after completion of repairs may incur a storage

fee of $25 per day unless prior arrangements have been made.


7. Towing and Test Drives

By leaving your vehicle with us, you grant permission for our staff to operate your vehicle for diagnostic and testing purposes.

We are not liable for breakdowns that occur outside of our care or for pre-existing issues.


8. Limitation of Liability

Lalitech Auto Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the total cost of services provided.


9. Appointments and Cancellations

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.


10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share customer data without consent unless required by law.


11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clinton, Maryland.


12. Changes to Terms

Lalitech Auto Service reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
